Equal Opportunity and how to spot the difference.
The term “equal opportunity” is often used in job descriptions. You may also find this in the careers section of a company’s website. But what does it mean? For women in uniform is this something that still exist?
This term doesn't define every example given. It can often be mislead for other subcategories as well. Knowing the difference will benefit in was of handling them for each scenario.
